We called Robinson Roofing as a new customer with a roof leak and they were great. Donna in the office was friendly and helpful in setting us up with one of their experienced roofers. Joey arrived at the house the next day to take a look (even though we were not in the area and able to be there). After climbing to the roof he called us within an hour with a specific diagnosis of our problem and offer to repair then and there. Excellent service and professionalism. Thank you Robinson Roofing.

I needed a thorough inspection of my roof, complete with a formal written report, for my new homeowner's insurance policy. I contacted Robinson Roofing and they sent two representatives who spent 30 to 45 minutes on my roof checking the shingles, gutters and flashing for age and wear. The cost was very reasonable and the representatives were courteous and professional. The report was immediately accepted by my insurance company without question. Even though the roof did not require immediate replacement, I will gladly contact Robinson Roofing next year for an estimate to do the work. I am very pleased with the service I received from this company and would recommend them to my family and friends.

Robinson’s Roofing’s owner and crew were professional and communicative and took on our big job with speed and can do confidence. They were prompt and explained the work to be done as well as changes in the estimate at every stage of the job. Brought in skilled professionals when the job was out of their scope of expertise. Had some interior water damage after heavy rain storms this month. I needed some roof repair to keep the water from coming in around the chimney. They were able to send someone out within a couple of days for a free estimate- and then a few days later I got the estimate which was reasonable. And then a few days later they were back at my house to do the job. Grateful for the quick turn around!

With a rain storm approaching on Friday Dec. 23rd, we were concerned about a roof repair we needed. Robinson Roofing came out on Thursday Dec. 22nd, stripped three feet of our roof along the gutter line and installed a new ice water barrier and metal. A major rainstorm came the next day and not a single leak ! Plus my wife was very pleasantly surprised how neat and tidy the clean up was. Not a single piece of old shingle on the front yard. The crew was great, on time, professional and the price was very reasonable. All in all a very pleasant experience. A+

I hired Robinson Roofing to install a new roof for me. I can say that I received five- star service and the job was well done. Robinson Roofing's edge above everyone else is their composure and professionalism. Dennis is a first rate professional and true leader to his employees. His staff are well trained and they, like their boss, hold customer service as a priority. Our roof was installed by lead Roofer Junior and the rest of the crew Joey, Mikey, and Alinda. Junior and Joey are both diligent, hard-working, and patiently answered all of my and my daughter's questions. Alinda and Mikey are some of the hardest roofing assistants and very thorough--they worked tirelessly to keep our yard clean and free of nails. All of them arrived each day with a positive attitude. My daughter inspected the work when it was completed and pointed out a few things that appeared unresolved, namely some gaps that were left after the old roof had been removed and my gutter guards which had to be replaced because of the new drip edge that was installed. Dennis responded to and addressed her concerns. He purchased some additional supplies to close the gaps and stayed late to re-adjust my gutter guards. Truly first-rate, five-star service.
